The Warbike is a mobile, interactive artpiece. Participants don a backpack equipped with speakers (sewn into the shoulders), containing a PDA that makes musical-sounding noise from the networks and network traffic through which they ride.

Participants become aware of the spaces around them and the hidden activity present in seemingly inactive spaces (or active in ways not entirely apparent). The participant is also aware of the encryption status of the networks through which they ride, developing an understanding of the level of "safety" in any given area.
